Wood-fiber plastic composite (WPC) is made of thermoplastic resins, wood fiber or natural fibers, and special additives. Besides wood-fiber, other natural fibers can be used in the composite, including rice hull, straw, cotton stick, straw, hemp, flax, etc. thermoplastic resins can be recycled. Commonly available ones are polyethylene (PE), polypropylene(PP), polystyrene(PS), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), and polyvinyl chloride(PVC). During WPC production, wood-fiber is mixed with plastics. Then, the compound is heated and become molten, viscous, and processed into various shapes. A composite product is obtained after the extrudate is cooled and calibrated. Our WPC system involves polymer blend and alloy technology, computerized machinery, CAE technology, etc.

WPC product combines properties of wood and plastics, can be 100% recycled, or reprocessed. WPC has properties as good as, even surpassing premium wood products. It has high mechanical properties, resistant to water, acid and base, no rotting, no splitting, and pest resistant.

Applications of WPC products:

1.CAE extrusion die technology.

We have applied CAE tools to make high speed and high precision dies, including solid, foamed, co-extruded, deck, post, handrail, pallet, window and door profiles, and TPE automotive dies. We have achieved high-speed extrusion with tight tolerances.

2.WPC product design and technology

We have been developing extruded, injection molded, blow molded, and co-extruded WPC products for America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Australia, and Africa. We understand different markets’ needs. We can quickly design and develop a new WPC product for our customer according to its characteristics, pricing, processing requirements, and market needs.
