2 .Q: What is the Shipping Cost?

A: The shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, total CBM of the goods. It is difficult for us to quote you the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quantity of the order and your destination sea port; we will quote you the good shipping cost after you decide the order.

3. Q: What is your MOQ?

A: if customer have agent in China arrange the delivery shipping for you, there will be no MOQ limited, that means customer can order 1 piece and the price will be offered as EXW factory price.

B: if customer needs us arrange the delivery shipping, the MOQ will be one set (the total cubic number of the order must more than 5 CBM).But mixed order can be accepted. That means each design each item customer can select only one piece, till 5 CBM full.

4. Q: what is this set includes?

A: Bedroom:one bed+ two bedside table+ one dresser table + one dresser mirror +one dresser stool + one foot stool (also have four door wardrobe, chest with five drawers, coat rack, just depend on customer)

B: Dining room: one table +dining chair. (Also have dining car, buffet cabinet),the table we have long and round, the chair have arm dining chair and side dining chair. When customer want to purchase the dining room furniture, please inform us your requirement, such as the color, the shape (round or long),how many people sit? We will make the suitable combination for you.

C: living room: 1+2+3 sofa set +two small coffee tables + one big coffee table, also customer could choose the wine cabinet with TV stand.

D: Office room: book cabinet + book desk+ office chair.

5. Cooperation procedure:

1. First send us an inquiry for quote, please be specific onproducts category, product’s name, Product’s item number preference, color preference, style preference, quantity and required delivery time.
2. Then we will response to your request with 24hours with an itemized quotation sheet, including description, product’s size, CBM, Weight, unit price in USD; Payment term and delivery time and a copy of clearly catalogue for your reference.
3. We may contact you for clarification or options during this period, please carefully review our quote, please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any question or need any advice, make necessary revisions.
4. After confirming all the information by you, we will prepare a copy of PI (Pro forma Invoice) or Purchase Agreement; we will attach the bank information in the PI. Our Payment term: 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance should be paid before shipping.
5. When receive the 30% deposit, we will start the production at once; when the goods are finished, we will take all the pictures from different angle for you reference. After got the 70% balance, we will arrange the shipment for you at once. At last we will send the Commercial Invoice and Packing list, especial the Original B/L.
