01:The payment terms ?
--- By T/T,Paypal,WestUnion , LC for deposit or full amount, we will start to make sample .

02:What is lead time policy
---Normaly for sample orders, it is 7 working days after received the payment ( Deposit or full amount ). For a little big quantity order, dependon order quantity and artwork printing.

03:I can transfer the deposit first, then transfer balance when I see pictures that finished.
---Yes. But we expect the deposit as 50% if small orders. If big orders, it can be 40%.
Transfer will be about 3-6 working days. Note money arrive at ourside before shipping away date.

04:Do you have some customers that you sold to, that we can consult your reputation of quality and
leadtime and service?
---Probably yes, probably not. Faith should be more important.

05:Very urgent order?
---Could you like to pay a little more for overtime workers?

06:Can you accept D/P or credit card?
---No currently. Probably It will be someday.

07:Could you accept to pay by L/C?
---If you have big orders to us, it is yes, but It should be irrevocable Documentary L/C at sight as balance.
Down payment should be by T/T for 30% at least.

08 :Why you respond us the price not quick enough?
---When you email item for price, please have detailed requirements to us, like layout, color, logo,
dimension, material, quantity.

09 :What artwork or Logo format do you want best?
--- in vector files . such as , AI,EPS, PDF ,CDR, DWG, FH+.

10 :My requirements is similar with one item on your website.
---This is fast way that you can get rough idea about the closed price, to avoid much extra communication.

11: I want to see more your models.
--- Please visit our website or catalogue, or email us. It is difficult to update all of pictures in time.

12: I want all of pictures and price list.
--- We will have some of models with price list. It is difficult to have all of models and price list to you. It
is not accurate price, because the price depend on quantity, dimension,artwork colors.
