Rattan wicker hotel furniture

Material:

1) Rattan,the rattan we use for our product is only the highest quality man-made fiber. Called PE rattan, this kind of rattan is UV resistant and waterproof, and our rattan is through dyed, you can fix it by applying heat when it get scratches, it last long time and the color never fade away, also it is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations.

2) Cushion, the fabric all are water proof, the sponge we use for our products is of high density which ensures the durability, but usually, others just use 20 density which is bad.

3) Frame, other manufacturers construct the frame with 1.0mm thick aluminum, but all our products are constructed with 1.2,1.5and 1.8mm thick tube, which make it strong enough, we make it powder coated, this way the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over, some suppliers never do that to reduce the cost.

4) Coz it's for outdoor use, it need carefully maintenance, but we don't need any cleaners and maintenance products, it can be simply wiped with a damp cloth, if cleaners needed, we strongly suggest you use non-foaming products

PAYMENT TERM

30%T/T deposit, 70% balance before shippment.

DELIVERY TIME

One 40 feet container is about 20-25 days. if more than one 40 container, it is about 25-30 days.

QUALITY CONTROL

We have many QC to control our quality, the first QC is about hardware, the second is PE rattan, and the last is about handicraft art.

1). Before producing, all of QC will check the original material, especially hardware and PE rattan, and the process of controlling is very strict.

2). When all producing process has been finished, the QC coming from installation will check PE rattan, iron pipe, and handicraft art, if OK, this rattan furniture will be packed.
