The Specifications of our UV Board:

- Dimensions : 1220 x 2440(mm) or customised

- Glue:E1,E2

E1: Average unser 1.5mg/L,i.e.uder 9mg per 100g.

E2: Average unser 5mg/L,i.e.uder 30mg per 100g
- Thickness : you can choose any thickiness,

-Face or back:UV high glossy (any color you need),

-Core:MDF

-Edge:sealed by aluminium alloy or PVC band

-each board faced by plastic film to protect well surface.

- material :veneer(cherry,oak,sapeli,walunut,poplar,pine)/popyester/MDFon the blockboard by

our own machine

Feature:

1. Acid Resistance and Alkali Resistance

2. Easy to Clean

3. Abrasive Resistance: The hardness is more than 3H; the abrasive residence is more than 100,000.

The UV coating film in such situation will not be frayed, and is still bright.

4. Healthiness and Environment Protection: The E1 grade environment-protected board is adopted as basic materials; the UV coating is no solvent-borne, and the solid contents exceed 99.5%.

5. Rich in Color: The color of product can be made according to your order.

6. Easy in Machining: The product can be easy treated and edge-covered.
