Material introduction

1. Rattan: SGS tested synthetic rattan which is non-toxic, recyclable, antioxidant, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, UV resistant, mildew resistant, mothproof, weatherproof, waterproof and fireproof.

2. Rattan weaving :The rattan / wicker we use is premium synthetic polyethylene fiber with high flexibility, high tensile strength as well as UV and weather resistance. It is 100% recyclable and perfect safe for outdoor furniture used for beach, backyards, swing pools and garden. Water Sun creams and lotions are not a problem for the material. No maintenance is required. Simply use a wet coth to clean the furniture. Soap and some mild detergent are also recommended to use.

3. Frame: sturdy, rustproof and light weight aluminum frame with fully welding to bear heavier as much as possible and the surface is treated with powder coating and oxidation.

4. Powder Coating: Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to frame of our furniture. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable and attractive finish which has unsurpassed long lasting quality and resistance to corrosion, abrasion and blistering. Frames will be coated with the proper color according to the color choice of the wicker.

5. Cushion:

a. Easily removable and washable cushion and cover with high density foam.

b. Various cushion colors are available like white, black, brown, natural, red, purple, etc.

c. Waterproof fabric with zipper;

Care and maintenance

Regular Outdoor Furniture Maintenance
Fine outdoor furniture deserves exceptional care. Winston Contract outdoor furniture can be enjoyed for many years when well maintained. Wash the furniture with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly. A clear automobile wax can be applied to smooth frame finishes to provide better protection against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air. DO NOT use any kind of wax, abrasive materials or strong detergents on Select Finishes. For best protection, perform this maintenance two to three times a year, although these durable materials can be safely cleaned as often as desired.

Light stains can be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant. Note: Some suntan and sun block products may be harmful to cushions, sling and vinyl and straps. Do not allow such products to come in contact with any seating surfaces to avoid deep penetrating stains, which are not covered under warranty. Outdoor furniture care is easy if you know what to do and take time on a regular basis.

How to Clean Fabrics
Fine outdoor fabrics were designed to endure years of sun, soil and moisture. Light stains can be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant. Note: Do not dry clean or use a washing machine or dryer. Do not steam or use water at temperatures above 100F when washing.
