Introductions:

This luxury high quality rattan set is taken from the Swiss range, available in Ivory, mixed brown, dark mixed or black.

.It’s suitable for both indoor and outdoor living space.

Made from fully weatherproof PE rattan, this maintenance free set is designed to be left outdoors all year round without the need for covering. The set can be easily washed with a hose pipe. It is also UV light resistant to ensure that the rattan does not fade in sunlight

The covers are easily removed for washing but we recommend that they are kept in side when not in use.

The set do not need assembly on delivery. Full instructions are provided.

Tips of Rattans:

1. The Rattan series:

The usual rattans which could been fond in the market mostly can be divided into 5 basic designs. These 5 basic designs are showed as our below photo.

* The A rattan belongs to single-side rattan. This rattan earned only one surface.

* B rattan which we called four-lines. You can see the four strict line of the surface design. These designs usually can ben divided as single-side rattan.

* Our C rattan earned two same design surface. Which been called ‘ reversible rattan’.

* The D rattan which we showed which also belongs to single-side rattan. While it earned a same color by the back side.

* Our E rattan is the ‘Round Rattan’.

2. Ratten Measurement Declaration:

Our usual rattans earned different measurements. Which usually measured by width and thickness. From 5mm*1.3mm(W*T) to 50mm*1.3mm(W*T).

Including θ2.4mm, θ2.8mm, θ3.0mm, θ2.5mm, θ5.0mm, 6*1.2mm, 7*1.2mm, 7.5*1.5mm, 8*1.2mm, 8*1.3mm, 9*1.2mm, 12*1.3mm, 12.5*1.5mm, 20.5*1.3mm, 40*1.3mm etc.

3. How to tell a good rattan from a bad one?

A good rattan usually stong and flexible. When you pull with big strength, it will out of shape but never crack or break apart. A bad one will be a thicker and tough than a usual one. When you pull it with strength, it will crack or break apart like a cookie.

The rattans which our company used for sofa, chair and table belongs to environment friendly PE material. Weight capable for each sofa, chair could be more than 200KG.

Delivery time for these 100% handcraft knitting furniture will depends on different designs and producing schedule. Different pattens request different knitting methods and will take a different time to finish. So, our delivery time based on usual pattern( cross) which usually will be 20 days / 250 sets( basic models will including 1 table, 4 chairs or 1 table, 2 arm chairs and 1 double sofa). The exact delivery time shall be confirmed during negotiation.

6.Aluminum Tubes:

A strong frame of the furniture is the key for a longer working life. We are using a 1.2mm thickness tube which help our rattan chairs been capable for more than 250KG weight. The advantage of taking aluminum as frame works, is that aluminum do not rust as steels. It will resist from get rust for a . Besides of that, the aluminum frame are lighter than steel and easy to carry and place at outdoors or garden.

We provide 3 years warranty for our whole set of aluminum frame chairs, sofa and tables.

7. Package:

The entail chair, table or sofa will packed with foam papers. More details please see the below picture. Special request for package please notice us in advance.
