1. Payment term

a) L/C at sight.

b) T/T: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance by T/T before shipment.

2. Fabric & leather: Various color available.

(1)Fabric: a: Flax & cotton cloth ---- warm in winter, cool in summer, environmental protection, unshrinking.

b: Tomenta fabric ---- antipollution, water proof, static proof.

3.Sponges:

1). The sitting sponges’ density is usually not less than40kg/m³

2). The back sponge’s density is usually not less than30kg/m³

3). According to thetheory of the human engineering, we are dedicating to the different parts using different standard sponges to confirm the best comfortable sitting feelings.

4.Wood beam

1) Under drying treatment, no woodworm, no mildew and rot

2) Under polishing treatment, no bark, no break

3) Homogeneous material, good stability, no deforming wood

4) The rate of water is strictly control between 8 to12 degrees

5. Frame

Wood frame joints are conducted with spike & nails, using a small piece of triangle wood to reinforce its internal structure for durability and non-deformation. Coating is the high-quality laminated plywood to modify and specify its shape and design.

6. Quality Control:

1) before the order confirmation, material and color of the chosen sample are check to see if they are avaible or not, to make sure the product is in accordance with the customers’ requirement.

2)Different phases of the whole production is check and examine to ensure the quality;

3)Every sofa is checked and cleaned before packing;

4)Before delivery, a QC sent by the customers or a third party is welcomed to check the quality;
