The Chaise Longue is clearly the most famous of the furniture designs by Le Corbusier. He called it 'resting machine' which is quite significant as the reclined position can be adjusted by simply placing the upper part in the wanted position. Its low and futuristic lines together with fantastic comfort mean that this is still one of the most wanted pieces of design.
