Bamboo Processing

All our products were manufactured from carefully selected, mature bamboo poles, which provide the best strength, stability, and durability using modern technology and equipment to produce eco-friendly products.

The raw material went through a lot of procedures to be made into the products we saw today. They were cut into strips,and sent into a steam heater for carbonization and anti-insect treatment, afterwarders its kind of kiln-dry to remove its moisture, and milled into clean and neat strips to be laminated into a slate boards. Then the carpenters use these material and their carpenter skill to make them into all kinds of eco-friendly products.
