The body weight is evenly distributed over the whole mattress, thus avoiding concentrated pressure points and fewer movements during sleep.

step 4:according to the size,30-40 pcs packed in wooden pallet.

lead time

1.normally,the lead time will be 25 days for a 40HQ container

2.sample:5 days after received sample fee.

FOB term:30% deposit before mass production,70% after againest original BL.

Q:may i know how is your mattress packing?

A:all of our mattress is vaccum compressed packing.each one will be covered with pvc firm,then compressed by machine,and cover by krafer paper,the last step is packed in wooden pallet.

about warrantty

Q:how many years warrantty for your mattress?if damaged,how to repair or how to replace?

A:10 years warrantty for our mattress,but some promote models,or some very lower grade,which is made according to client's request,then the warrantty will be less.

normally,the spring system's warrantty is 10 years.if damaged,we have to know which part is damaged,and to know what is excatly problem,then will have correspongding solutions
