General selling information

1. Order:
1.1 Please send us by fax or email for placing orders or enquiry . We will contact you immediately for order process in detail.
1.2 Minimum order is 1x20' container or Value not below USD 7,000.
1.3 Maximum 5 items per container.

2. Price quoted : 2.1 All prices quoted are in FOB Quy Nhon port, Vietnam depend on which port is the most conviniences for the customers.
2.2 Price can be negotiated depend on order quantity, quality requirements, delivery time...
2.3 We can quote in CIF price but we need the destination port and specific items.

3. Delivery: Normally we will deliver within 45 days after confirming order. But with repeat order or regular customers we will have special delivery time which must be earlier than normal.

4. Packing : 4.1 All products are packed in 5ply-carton box with barcode, care instruction, assembly instruction...
4.2 An additional cost will be added if requires : color lable, brass plate, handtag...
4.3 if you request pallet packing please inform us before placing order.

5. Payment: We prefer L/C at sight. In case of TT payment we only accept with the regular customer with the appropriate percentage of down payment.

6. Others : 6.1 If you require, all container will be furmigated without additional cost.
