Descans del Valles S.A. is a Spanish company located in Barcelona dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of mattresses, box springs and all bed-related products nationwide in Spain and exporting all over the North Africa and Europe.

We are known for offering a customizable product to customers, with full privacy and flexibility, and a wide experience in the sector.

Heights available:
Standardized heights latex cores are 15 cm or 18 cm.

Sizes:

We sell all sizes from 080x180 to 200x200 (and special sizes if exist, too).

Densities:

Depend on the composition of natural latex and synthetic latex which may make the product reach a minimum density of 68 kg/m3 to 85 kg/m3.
May be manufactured in different seating areas depending on the composition and thickness.

Fabric:
We have a wide range of fabrics, fabric can be manufactured with customer's brand printed on the fabric.

The mattresses are zipped or border.

We manufacture any size and can manufacture the mattresses with features that the customer chooses.
