A major advantage of moulded polyurethane foam lies in its ability to be prototyped from low-cost tooling (in comparison with rubber or thermoplastic materials). These tools are usually made from rapidly machined aluminium, but cast aluminium or cast epoxy resin can also be used satisfactorily.

Products Feature

PU integral skin foam is made from environmentally friendly blowing agent, like pentane, HFC and/or water. It is widely used, for instant armrest, headrest, medical toilet seats, industrial chairs seat and back support, saddle, etc.

The PU foam is free of CFC and HCFC, and it stand on biocompatibility according to ISO 10993-5, which make the PU suitable for medical purpose.

About PU foam material

PU foam is a kind of one-part polyurethane sealant with high expansion rate and well adhesion with matrix materials.
The best temperature for application is 18-25 and best relative humidity is 55% .
The main properties of this product is listed below:
1. Well heat insulating, heat perservation properties and abilities of waterproof and stopping up holes as well as good sound proof and electrical insulation property.
2. Expansion rate high up to 60 times and excellent filling function.
3. No cracking after curing of PU foam with good sealing.
4. Good adhesion with surface of aluminum alloy, concrete, coatings, woods, wall and plastic etc.
5. No feron, poisons and pollution, it's an excellent green construction material of environmental.
