The main material: The modified blowing plastic grade ofhigh-density polyethylene(HDPE5502)is importedfrom the well-known South Korea Petrochemical Industry Co., Ltd.

Theauxiliary materials: Thetoner, ultraviolet absorbers and antioxidantsare imported from the famous Switzerland Company; and theflame retardants from USA Great LakeChemical Industrial Co.

Themechanics characteristics are outstanding.The chairs have the weatherability characteristic, chemical stabilization characteristic, acid-alkali proof characteristic,antistaticcharacteristic, wearable characteristic, anti-UV and color stabilization characteristic. The design and installation all conform to the international demand. The chairs are not only beautiful and comfortable, but also easy to install,maintenance management.

The seating is installed in standing type (also can be hanging type). The foot gallows are cast from the high-quality aluminum alloy into the foot, then treat with phosphate and spray the antistatic plastic to the surface.

The connecting round pipe of the chairs: adopt the high-quality hot galvanized steel pipe φ33×2mm,

The foot gallows are fastened to cement steps by expansion bolt. Each fastener can endure the pull of 1500kgf (on the basis of C25 cement). The characteristic all

accords with national standard and company standard.

The mechanics characteristic:accord with GB/T10357-89 (Test of Mechanical Properties of Furniture) and EN12727:2000 standard.

The weatherability characteristic:Ensure that the chairs’ weathering characteristics satisfy the needs of different environmental conditions. The chair did not deform and crack after the high temperature environment of 80°Cfor 72 hours and low temperature of -50°Cfor 24 hours.

The anti-burning characteristic: Theflame retardant is imported from USA Great LakeChemical Industrial Co. The additive ratio of plastic granule andflame retardantis 100:10. Theanti-burning characteristic reaches to B2 grade tested by National Quality Supervision and Examination Center.

The anti-aging characteristic: conform to GB/T 16422.2-1999.

Life time: The Life time of the whole chair is not less than 10 years
