We have a factory located in Wuyi, Zhejiang province, occupies an area of more than 2,000 square meters, equipped with advanced machinery, and experienced skilled craftsmen. 1. Frame: 1.2mm thickness aluminum tube with steel pipe inside to strengthen it, which is light and anti rust forever. If your market is prefer to steel frame, we use 0.8 - 1.0mm thickened steel tube, which is powder coated and cataphoresis processed.
2. Rattan: we use top quality outdoor synthetic PE wicker rattan, they are high density, UV-resistance, water and oil repellent. Including the famous brand REHAU and VIRO are our rattan suppliers.
3. Fabric: We have more than 100 fabric colors options for you, the fabric is specially for outdoor environment, brilliant in color, fastness, lightweight ageing resistance, airing, water fast and UV-resistance.
