97% of our wood frame is solid wood,and 3% is plywood.You can compare this with other factories.Some factories can't use so much solid wood on the frame.

2.About the foam,

most small factories use regenerated foam inside,which were made of foam leftovers.They are very cheap.

3.For the feather,

seldom sofa factories use feather inside or the feather is just a litter.But we can promise that for each sofa,there is feather inside the seat.

4.Last is about the fabric,

Fox example,for the linen fabric,there is very cheap one that is only 15rmb/meter.But all of our fabric is over than 40rmb/meter.And for the velvet,it is over than 70rmb/meter.
