1. How about the LCL order and FCL order?
LCL means that the total quantity of the order can’t reach a full 20ft container, FCL means the total quantity can reach 20ft,40ft or 40HQ container.

2. How about the delivery term?
We can accept EX-WORK, FOB, or CIF,CNF delivery term, just please let us know your requirement.

3. Can I negotiate the unit Prices?
Yes, we may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products.

4. What is your minimum order requirement?
We can accept any order quantity, but we have difference delivery term for different order quantity, please refer to following:

a). Quantity≤5pcs: we sell it as retail price with EX-WORK delivery term.
b). 10pcs>Quantity >5pcs: we sell it with EX-WORK price only, delivery at factory (Except luxury executive chair).
c). 80pcs>Quantity≥10pcs: we can ship it as LCL order with EX-WORK, FOB or CIF,CNF price
d). 20CBM>Quantity≥80pcs: We suggest customer to arrange it in 20ft container, the way can help customer to save more charges. We can accept order with EX-WORK, FOB or CIF, CNF price.
e). Full container load, we can make it more discounts, the unit price is depend on order quantity, the more quantity the less price.

5. How long will it take to execute my order?
This depends on the quantity and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and items number, so that we can advise a production schedule.

6. Can you give warranty of your products?
Yes, we can supply 1-2 years warranty for our normal items. For the overseas orders, please provided emails with details including pictures, we will send replacements (Such as castors, screws, plastic pad of base) at our cost to repair the chairs in some coming orders.

7. How can I know how my order is being done?

We will inspect and clean all merchandise make sure the goods in good conditions before shipping. Production photos of the order will be sent to you for your cargo release. The color of products on pictures may vary slightly from actual one due to photography, scanning, etc.
