Adjustable bed set detail as bellow:

1. The first layer: relax polyurethane foam covered with cotton.fabric

2. The second layer: independent pocket spring + relax polyurethane foam, the bootom is senior plywood, covered with cotton fabric and senior non-woven fabric.

3. The third layer: senior plywood with relax polyurethane foam eadge + iron adjustable frame, covered with cotton fabric and senior non-woven fabric.

4. Motor: OKIN imported from German.

5. Headboard: Senior plywood, outsourcing relax polyurethane foam, covered with cotton fabric.

Adjustable bed set quality contral as bellow:

1.Before the adjustable bed order to be confirmed, we should check the material & color of leather/fabric by sample which should be strictly.

2. We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.

3. Every adjustable bed quality should be strictly checked through 6 steps before packing.Whichever process is not qualified, we will do it again.
