Our woven furniture is made from the finest quality manmade wicker, this remarkable material has many benefit,including ,

a natural appearance, tear resistance,UV resistance and weather resistance, our wicker is also environmentally friendly ,

and is made on from recyclable nontoxic products. Woven furniture can be left outside all year round. Excellent

B. Fabric-----Cushion Colors

The cushion is over 75 designer outdoor fabrics from 100% solution dyed acrylic canvas, they are water repellent, mildew

resistant,stain resistant and color fast. our cushion are built fro comfort and outdoor performance and are filled with

either mildew resistant .urethane foam, wrapped with polyester fiber.

C. Frame---Aluminum

Other manufacturers construct the frame with 1.0mm thick aluminum, but all our products are constructed with 1.2,1.5,1.8

mm thick tube,which make it strong enough, we make it powder coated, this way the frame is fully protected against

corrosion and becomes virtually invisible,once it has been woven over, some suppliers never do that to reduce the cost.

And sturdy, strong, and light weight with good powder -coated.

*Maintenance

1.The product does not need special maintenance, Just lightly sweep the dust away with a broom anytime If it is smeared,

you can wipe it clean with a piece of wet cloth, and the dry it with a piece of dry cloth or better by blow drying.

2.After using the product for a period, clean it with light salt brine.Do not use the strong acid or alkali chemicals.

3.Do not put it near the strong fire hazard to prevent the cane material from fading, drying, distorting, bending, cracking,

loosening and falling apart. Do not hit the furnitureor scratch its surface by hard or sharp objects.

Production Lead Time:

1. High Season (September to April): 35-60 days

2. Low Season (May to August): around 20-35days

3. We can be flexible on trial order or sample order by prioritizing accordingly.

4. We will come up with a detailed production schedule for each order and this schedule will be a platform for onward communication between customer and us.
