3) Cutting & Sewing

1. Precision of cutting and sewing ensure the durability of sofa and express the high value of BONLIVING.
2. Every stitch line is strictly inspected to be smooth and natural.

4) Framing

1. Solid birch wood frame screwed & glued (EO standard glue) in all stress bearing parts ; corner blocks are used.
2. Eco-friendly Birch plywood with 22mm as thickness is used to make the elegant curve of sofa.
3. Lowest moisture prevent frame from twisting and cracking.
4. Heavy gauge serpentine or zig-zag spring are hand-inserted in arms, seats and backs to ensure loads are borne evenly and shape retained.
5. The sofa frame is warranted for 5 years under the normal condition of household use(no quality complaints from customer until now) .
6. Seat fillings and metal mechanical parts are warranted for 2 years.

5) Padding & Wrapping

1. Only use the finest and fully fire safe foams meeting the American Fire Safety Standard.
2. High density foams-D33/38 for cushions D28 for back and armrest are used to ensure the comfortability and durability; edge foams are wrapped by high density polyester fibers or down.
3. All foams are tested for flammability, uniform density, tear&tensile strength, durability.

4. Retain the traditional manual upholstery skills to ensure the superior craftsmanship.
5. The symmetrical pull buttons on the arm and back are entirely hand made by highly qualified handcraft production, and every button and trim is securely fixed.
6. The graceful curve of arm is processed with special technique so that the arm is strong enough to support a person's weight.

6) Inspection & Packing

1. Very strict quality control, products with any quality problem is never allowed to be packed and delivered out of our factory.
2. Foam and corrugated cardboards wrapping with corner protection, middle layer with polyester, outer layer with non-woven cloth bag.
3. Wooden crate for consolidation shipment (extra cost needed)
