When importing from China, most of the time our clients choose vacuum compressed packing. This way can helps save their ocean freight charges greatly.Aidi has much experience in exporting compressed mattresses. We purchase quality-assured steel wire directly from big Iron and steel Corp tomake your spring system. And we do testing in our own lab to make sureevery batch of material is good for compressing. Below photo shows howthe mattress is compressed.

In addition to the compressed packing way, you can choose roll-up pakcing or packing your products in original shape.

What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects, like seams or threads coming undone, springs

puncturing the cover, or broken wooden rails in a box spring.

What’s NOT Covered:

Body impressions (1.5” deep or under), shifting of materials due to wear,

punctures or tears caused by a sharp object, or any damage caused by

unusual use. Signs of unusual use include any stains, tears, discolorations,

and geometrically shaped impressions.
